About Us
Team South, Inc., began operations in 1996 as a precision CNC machine shop. The majority of our business was providing quality custom products to customers in the Gulf Coast Region, through a 3200 Sq. Ft. facility with three employees.
In 2002, Team South purchased many of the assets of Custom Metals, LLC, a division of Hopeman Brothers Marine Interiors, LLC and built an additional 4800 Sq. Ft. facility. This created the precision sheet metal fabrication and powder coating division. In 2003 we added an additional 8000 Sq. Ft. facility. We now have a manufacturing facility totaling over 17,000 Sq Ft.and offices totaling 1300 Sq Ft.
In 2004 we added an additional 12’ CNC Brake and expanded our welding capabilities.
In 2006 we purchased many of the assets of Turnbull Metal Products of Gulfport, MS, which added an Amada Laser, two Amada Shears, an Amada Turret Punch and many other pieces of equipment.
We currently deliver products nationally. Our strategy includes expanding our capacity as we add additional customers and product lines.
